Commemorative Ceremonies & Wreath Laying

The Exercise Tiger National Tribute marks the 67th Anniversary
of the Pre D-Day training Exercise code named "Tiger".

Since 1989 the National Exercise Tiger Foundation and USCG Station Barnegat Light have been marking and honoring the historic WWII battle with an ocean wreath laying tribute. USCG Station Barnegat Light has performed this honor since 1989, making it the only branch of the US military to continually honor "Tiger". Additionally, since 2006, The US Navy Submarine Service Association of New Jersey has joined us for in honoring the "Silent Service".
