Since 1989 the National Exercise Tiger Foundation and USCG Station Barnegat Light have been marking and honoring the historic WWII battle with an ocean wreath laying tribute. USCG Station Barnegat Light has performed this honor since 1989, making it the only branch of the US military to continually honor "Tiger". Additionally, since 2006, The US Navy Submarine Service Association of New Jersey has joined us for in honoring the "Silent Service".
The foundation has marked the anniversary with additonal tributes at other prominent locations:

- A USS Maine Submarine
- Simultaneous East and West Coast Ceremonies
- Annual Cermonies in Missouri at the "Tiger" Memorial
- Recognition Banquets at the Governor's Mansion in Missouri
- B-2 Flyovers
- In conjuction with UMC Military Recognition Football Games
- Renaming and Dedication of the Exercise Tiger Expressway in Adrain County, MO
- Motorcades Down the Exercise Tiger Expressway
- Dedication of the Exercise Tiger Army/Navy Monumnent
